Enter your email address on the login screen and tap Continue. We'll send you a 6-digit code by email. Type the code into the app to sign in. No password needed.

Free accounts include up to 2 garden beds and 5 active plantings, daily task generation, weather integration, and access to the full crop library. Subscribe to Premium for unlimited beds and plantings.

On iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > myPatch > Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > myPatch > Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Tasks are generated based on your active plantings, weather, and growing rules. Make sure you have at least one active planting with a sowing date set. Tasks refresh daily at 7am and can also be triggered manually from the Today tab.

Yes. We only collect your email (for sign-in) and postcode (for weather). Your garden data is stored securely and never shared with third parties. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the Profile tab. See our privacy policy for full details.

Yes. Visit my-patch.app/app in any browser. The web app works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. You can also install it as a Progressive Web App for offline access.

Go to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete account and data". This permanently removes your account and anonymises all your garden data. Make sure to cancel any active subscription first.
